William Crow is an International Trade Analyst with Georgetown Economic Services (GES). He joined the firm after seven years at the office of Import Administration at the Department of Commerce. While at GES, Mr. Crow has worked on many dumping cases, with an emphasis on petition preparation and filing. While at the Department of Commerce, Mr. Crow worked primarily in investigations, resulting in numerous antidumping duty orders and suspension agreements. Mr. Crow holds a M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and a B.A. in German from Wake Forest University. Mr. Crow studied languages and foreign business markets in Dijon, France, Perugia, Italy and Koblenz, Germany.
